D015 is a broad acquisition/curation Skill.
Task profiles are intent hints, not separate Skills.
- dataset_acquisition: prioritize actual downloadable bytes, data dictionaries, safe container curation, D001 handoff.
- reference_knowledge: prioritize authoritative sources, versions and field provenance.
- education_knowledge: additionally allow education-standard and teaching-readiness checks.
- terminology: prioritize vocabulary/source identity and D012 handoff.
- guideline_policy: prioritize jurisdiction, effective/superseded status and official publisher.
- drug_label: preserve product identity, jurisdiction, dosage form/specification and label version.
- mixed: retain multiple independent routes in one package.
Never require education-readiness fields for a dataset task. Never require D001 dataset curation for a pure textbook/reference task.
