Bundled scripts never access the network.

Only unresolved, de-identified concept strings may be prepared for external lookup.

Never include patient/encounter identifiers, dates, filenames, provenance, note text, or surrounding context.

Authorization is per mapping request. Results must be revalidated against the local OMOP vocabulary index before use.
