v0.2.0 修复发布
本地索引与上游文件做 SHA-256 绑定；独立重查有效期、源代码、Maps to/Maps to value 的完整集合和一对多基数。外部导入先检查逐请求授权收据/查询摘要/允许来源，再验证；查询含标识符则拒绝。无官方词表只能明确接受未映射用于 staging，不能宣称标准映射已验证。
D012 separates terminology normalization from OMOP source-to-standard concept mapping.
Local-first
The bundled scripts never access the network.
Preferred path:
- use existing structured codes from upstream;
- use a local verified terminology alias bundle;
- verify against a local OHDSI vocabulary index;
- send unresolved concept-only requests to an explicit review/egress queue.
OMOP rule
A terminology code is not an OMOP concept_id.

One-to-many mappings and Maps to value are preserved.
Requirements
Python standard library only.
For OMOP mapping, the user supplies their own OHDSI vocabulary export. Restricted vocabulary content is never bundled with this Skill.
