v0.2.0 修复发布
本阶段核心实现保持原样；纳入本次统一版本与干净构建。Intake 成功不代表后续临床字段可抽取。
D-series medical data/knowledge processing skill #001.
Purpose: conservative local intake of unknown clinical data packages before schema profiling, PHI processing, clinical fact extraction, terminology mapping, or FHIR/OMOP transformation.
Install into a Codex project
Place this directory under:
.agents/skills/haonan-d001-clinical-data-intake/
Codex discovers skills from SKILL.md; scripts/, references/, and assets/ are loaded or run only when needed.
Local verification
python scripts/self_test.py
Main command
python scripts/intake.py /path/to/clinical-package --output-root ./runs/haonan-d001
Then validate:
python scripts/validate_manifest.py ./runs/haonan-d001/<case-key>/source_manifest.json
No third-party Python package is required for D001.
当前版本：v0.2.1
本模块既有运行逻辑保持；本次与其他模块统一发布0.2.1，并执行原有回归。不得仅凭版本号推断新增临床能力。
以SKILL.md顶部发布合同和references/repair-v0.2.1.md为准，历史自测描述不代表全面临床验收。
